1. Application and approval. Submission does not guarantee approval. DYS FORTEX may approve or decline a request at its discretion and an account becomes active only after confirmation.
2. Accuracy of information. The applicant confirms that all information is true, complete and accurate, will notify DYS FORTEX of material changes and will provide supporting documents when reasonably requested.
3. Credit terms. New customers may begin on pro forma terms. Any credit facility, payment term or credit limit is subject to review and may be varied or withdrawn.
4. Payment. Invoices must be paid within the agreed period. Late payments may attract lawful interest and reasonable recovery costs.
5. Orders. Orders remain subject to acceptance and availability and may be refused or cancelled where appropriate.
6. Delivery and risk. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery and shortages or damage should be reported promptly.
7. Retention of title. Ownership remains with DYS FORTEX until payment has been received in full.
8. Returns and claims. Returns require prior written approval and may be subject to handling or restocking charges.
9. Suspension or termination. An account may be suspended or terminated if payment terms are breached; outstanding sums then become due.
10. Acceptance. By signing and submitting, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood and agree to these terms.
